We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your handmade footwear. If your shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our artisans inspect the return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5 business days.
